Toni Braxton Accused Of Transferring Money To Husband!

Toni Braxton has been accused of transferring $53,490 to her estranged husband to avoid paying creditors in her bankruptcy case.

The singer's estranged husband, Keri Lewis, received the money after it had already been earmarked to repay creditors, according to new documents filed in the ongoing case.

Now the appointed bankruptcy trustee who originally made the accusation is suing Lewis for the money.

Braxton filed for bankruptcy in 2010, claiming she was between $10 million and $50 million in debt but was only worth between $1 million and $10 million at the time.

A representative for the singer tells TMZ, "All of the payments made to Lewis prior to Toni's bankruptcy filing were appropriate transfers for reasonable and necessary personal and business expenses in the ordinary course of her business."

The rep adds Braxton will continue to be cooperative and provide the trustee whatever information is required to clear up the allegation.

Wyclef Jean's Haiti Relief Charity Yele Revealed To Be Using Funds For Personal Expenses

Back in 2010, Wyclef Jean came under fire for reports of fraudulent record keeping with his Haitian earthquake charity Yéle. Now, in an in-depth investigation from the New York Times, it appears that Yéle's financial failings extend much deeper than simply cooking the books.

Reports indicate that much of the millions of dollars raised by Yéle in donations has actually paid for the company's offices, workers' salaries, consultants’ fees, travel expenses and legal fees.

A forensic audit of Yéle's $3 million in expenses between the years of 2005 and 2009 found that a total of $256,580 in illegitimate benefits had been doled out to the ex-Fugees rapper and other board members. Among these expenditures is a whopping $24,000 spent for Wyclef's chauffeur services and $30,763 spent on a private jet that transported Lindsay Lohan from New Jersey to Chicago for a benefit rally.

In 2010, however, Yéle's expenses ballooned to $9 million, with half of that amount being dedicated to travel alone. Furthermore, Yéle spent $1.4 million on office expenses, including $37,000 in rental fees for Wyclef's own recording studio in Manhattan.

At the same time, however, much of the money Yéle actually spent on charitable projects has gone to waste. Nearly $469,000 was spent on the construction of temporary homes, a medical center and a plaza in Cité Soleil, none which came to fruition.

Following the publishing of this report, Clef's spokesperson Melanie A. Bonvicino responded to the New York Times' article through his Facebook. She said that Clef and company are working hard to amend any financial issues that were left over following Yéle's closing this summer.

"At present, my client Wyclef Jean and his legal team are working 'assiduously' to resolve any pending issues with respect to Yéle prior to its closing, as Mr. Jean continues his tireless commitment to his 'beloved' country by remaining steadfast in his efforts to encourage the global community to join him in supporting ongoing relief efforts in Haiti," Bonvicino said.

Police Find Gun And Heroin On Nelly's Tourbus

Nelly landed in a dirty dilemma while crossing the border Wednesday night (Oct. 10).

A loaded gun, heroin and massive amounts of weed were seized from the Country Grammar rapper's tour bus, authorities told TMZ. A police dog detected the drugs at a checkpoint in Sierra Bianca--the same stop that has busted Willie Nelson and Snoop Dogg for drug possession--after Nelly's bus was halted by cops.

The search produced 36 small bags of heroin (totaling .64 ounces), over ten pounds of marijuana in a large green duffel bag and a loaded .45 caliber pistol.

Law enforcement officials said a passenger named Brian Keith Jones admitted the drugs and gun were his and was subsequently placed under arrest. Nelly and the other five on the bus were released.

Beanie Sigel Recalls The Time He Rescued Kanye West From A Robbery

Even though they may be at odds now, Kanye West and Beanie Sigel have a history that goes as far back as the self-titled opener from Beans' debut The Truth. Now, in an interview with DJ Vlad, Sigel reminisces about the time that he had Kanye's back in a very tight situation.

Beans recalled saving Kanye West from a possible Roc-a-Fella chain jacking one time in a diner. He says that a couple of strangers had sat down with 'Ye and his friends while they were eating and began to menace the crew. Kanye put out a call to Beans, who came to the diner and muscled the potential robbers away from the producer.

"He felt threatened," he recalled. "[I let the potential robbers knows] nothing was going to go down - not while I was there.

Nothing was going to happen to him…[Kanye] wasn't being paranoid; they had chairs pulled up to his table where he was eating at with his friends, and they wasn't eating…it was real. They're plates of food was cold; they ate only a couple of bites, and it was just like a wait off, like, 'Hurry up, and would you come out here?' It was going down. So I got there and I asked Kanye, 'Yo, do you know this guy right here?'

He was like, 'Nah,' and I just pulled the charm from [under] him, and Kanye had his jewelry tucked in on him, and I was like, 'Take your chain out' - that was like a badge, that Roc-a-Fella chain...[the jackers reacted to me] as they should [and took] a little more than a few steps [back]."

RZA speaks on the status of the Wu and the possibility for reuniting for a final world tour

In less than a month, RZA will finally unleash his directorial debut The Man with the Iron Fists on the world. Now, in a recent interview with Power 105.1's The Breakfast Club via HipHopWired, the Abbot speaks on the relationship between music and movies.

RZA said that he's always seen cinema and music as having the similar driving forces behind them. He explained that even in the early days of the Wu, he was approaching every album as a kind of short film, a la Raekwon's Only Built 4 Cuban Link....

"To me, music and film have the same wavelength," he said. "A lot of people may have not comprehended that, but I'm one of the kids that did comprehend it. It all activates in the same model. When I was making Wu-Tang albums, I was actually trying to make a movie. So when you listen to it, you was like Cuban Linx..., it felt like you was getting a movie in your head. Now that I kind of rose above that I'm making physical movies with Hip Hop music sounds as a backdrop to it...that was my philosophy back then: trying to make something, you put the CD or the tape in you car, you feel like you got a littel hour movie."

RZA also addressed the status of the Wu-Tang Clan and the possibility of some form of a reunion. While a new album from the Almighty Clan may not be in order, RZA said that the members have been talking about returning for a final world tour.

"I don't know [if there will be another Wu album]," he said. "I know that the 20th year anniversary is coming up, and some of the brothers have been talking about potentially going back in, maybe do a world tour. I see like one last hurrah to close the book. 20 years is a long time for a Hip Hop artists to definitely be in the business...usually three to five years is the run and you're gone, but we've been doing what we've been doing, being successful with it, feeding our families for 20 years with it...right now, I think all the brothers are aboard. I talked to everybody, they're like, 'Yo, get it cracking, get the cash-rule correct, and bong bong.'"

2Eleven Details Fight With Game at Lil Wayne's Birthday Party

Game was kicked out of Lil Wayne's 30th birthday bash in Hollywood last Thursday (Sept. 30) after he allegedly began an altercation.

Although the rapper denied being thrown out of the party, the other man in the fight rapper 2Eleven is speaking up about the altercation.

2Eleven told TMZ that the Game picked a fight out of thin air, sucker punching him in the back of the head without any warning.

The "Dolla Billz" rapper says that the hit came as a total shock, especially since he had been sitting at a table with the "Celebration" rapper, Birdman and Chris Brown for more than an hour with no problems.

Game's version of the night's events goes differently. He claims that 2Eleven started talking smack and that's what eventually led to him to throw the first punch.

2Eleven isn't pressing charges against the Compton rapper. "I just want to put out the true story," 2Eleven said.
Despite whoever threw the first punch, one thing is for sure, more people know that 2Eleven actually exists.
